- 2 oz creme de cacao
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1/4 c cream
- agave syrup
- 1 Oreo cookie, crushed
- Chocolate sauce for drizzle, if desired.
Instructions:
- Rub rim of martini glass with agave syrup.
- Place crushed cookie in shallow bowl.
- Dip rim of cocktail glass onto the finely crushed Oreos.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Place in freezer while preparing martini.
- Add ice to cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka, creme de cacao and cream.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
